Excellent knowledge and professionalism !!! We actually asked for Lance Dokes when we went looking for my Hyundai. He had already sold a car to my daughter a couple weeks prior and was very help We actually asked for Lance Dokes when we went looking for my Hyundai. He had already sold a car to my daughter a couple weeks prior and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to research to get the best deal possible for us. After the sale of the car he made sure I was aware of all the capabilities the car had to offer. It was late and raining BUT Lance was extremely patient and eager to educate me on all my car has to offer. Needless to say, he earned our trust when I decided to sign in the line. I thoroughly believe he went way out to make sure we were happy with both purchases. His personality and professionalism was very comforting as well. No pressure but plenty of eagerness to sell a car he clearly believes in. I thank Lance Dokes for the painless process of buying my car !!! More
