Not a great experience I negotiated the price over the internet. It is an hour drive from my home to the dealership. This first time I drove to the dealership figured I mi I negotiated the price over the internet. It is an hour drive from my home to the dealership. This first time I drove to the dealership figured I misunderstood because I thought the vehicle was available and I could just pick it up. Not the case. Then the salesmen called and said the car was on the lot but there wasn't a second key made yet. I made an appointment to pick up the car with the understanding that they would have both keys available. I also spoke with a finance person over the phone and thought I gave him all of my information to get me preapproved for the loan. When I got to the dealership the car was there but they still didn't have the second key and the finance person stated that she didn't have any information so she would need time to get the loan approved. This took way too much time. While we were waiting the salesmen tried to set up the bluelink account but it didn't work. By the way I have owned the car for more than a month and the bluelink still doesn't work and I still don't have the second key. Overall not a good experience. More
