Great deal, great experience – as always!! I really just can’t say enough about how much I love the deals I get at Crown Hyundai. “Deals” you ask? Well, this is the 7th deal with the Crown Group and my 5th Hyundai from Crown Hyundai!! You could say I’ve got a soft spot for Crown Hyundai and Hyundai in particular?. Let’s be honest, car buying can sometimes be less than fun, a lot less, but not with the awesome team at CH - particularly Bruce Brown and Imad Yazback – taking all that stress out of the experience. Do you research, then head to Crown, not all over town – seriously, they WON’T be beat. Bruce was low pressure/low key from start to finish and Imad was there to close the gap – above and beyond our expectations – and keep this longtime (20+ years) customer happy as ever!! I love, love, love my new Tucson Limited!!! Until I’m back again to complete my tour of the Hyundai fleet, you can bet I’ll be sending all my family and friends to Bruce and Crown Hyundai! More

Customer Service is the name of the game! Since this is the 5th Hyundai I have gotten from Crown since 2004 I obviously am a satisfied customer! Great Customer Service I am a AAA member and was prequalified for a $40,000 new car loan. Crown Hyundai was one of the partnership car dealers. The instant I was prequalifie I am a AAA member and was prequalified for a $40,000 new car loan. Crown Hyundai was one of the partnership car dealers. The instant I was prequalified for the loan, I received a phone call from Tony Cheung. I was very interested in purchasing a 2016 Sonata. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the Sonata. At the time of our conversation, I wasn't sure if I wanted to travel to St. Petersburg to look for a new car, but, I said if I had the time I would drive there to talk to Tony and test drive the Sonata. After much thought, I decided to purchase a Toyota. My decision to purchase a Toyota was strictly a personal choice. I was very impressed with Tony Cheung and would refer anyone looking to purchase a new car to contact him. More

We went to just look for a car & endeded by purchasing an Hyundai Sonata & we love it. The Sales person Paul Haggarty was excellent, very helpful and very thorough. My husband and I are not ver purchasing an Hyundai Sonata & we love it. The Sales person Paul Haggarty was excellent, very helpful and very thorough. My husband and I are not very good with with any kind of electronics but Paul was very patient & showed us how to work the bluetooth, the blue link,the radio & everything else in the car. Also Fernando Gonzalez explained everything on the financial side & he was very helpful. Will definetely come back when we are ready to purchase another auto. More
