A mixed experience Kyle Hickman was awesome! The sales manager was not awesome...the whole experience took way too long and the pricing games were ridiculous. Just be st Kyle Hickman was awesome! It's so interesting how the manager magically raised the price that was on the sticker of the car by $2500 and not honor the price that you list publicly on your website. That's called bait and switch. More

Great Customer Service by Sanja I met Sanja within 10 mins and she made me try some cars. The best thing about her was she was not pushy from the start. She let me understand my need I met Sanja within 10 mins and she made me try some cars. The best thing about her was she was not pushy from the start. She let me understand my needs and my expectations. She stood by me for around 6 hours to make sure I have the right price and the right car. Crown Came Through My former car was fairly small and I needed a new one in part to help with recent back problems. Crown came through with a tremendous purchase experie My former car was fairly small and I needed a new one in part to help with recent back problems. Crown came through with a tremendous purchase experience at a time when I was in some discomfort. Lance Dokes, the salesperson, patiently let me drive a number of different SUV's, walked me through various payment options including leasing, found the exact car (specific color) I wanted from a regional dealership and had it driven over, and then set up my lease. The trade-in for my old car was fair as is my lease agreement, and my new 2016 Santa Fe (V6) fits me and my needs perfectly. Thanks ever so much to Lance and the whole Crown team for their care and detailed help. More
