Great Advisor, Service. I brought my 2011 Genesis to this dealer for its first oil change since I purchased the car. It took 2 weeks before they could get me in for a Sat. a I brought my 2011 Genesis to this dealer for its first oil change since I purchased the car. It took 2 weeks before they could get me in for a Sat. apt. The services advisor, Ryan Murray, was professional and was very helpful. Since my car had never been to this dealer a full inspection was done. He went over all the results with me and made recommendations for other services that are needed. He also went over my warranty coverage so I know the dealer I bought the car from did in fact give me the coverage I wanted and paid for. I didn't give 5 stars as the day after the oil change I now have a check engine light on. I have a feeling that something wasn't put back to gather right and I can't wait 2 weeks for another apt. It may just be a coincidence but seeing as this was my first visit to this dealer’s service department and I am concerned about why the check engine light is now on. I will be getting it looked at by another shop to verify this new issue. More

I LOVE MY NEW CAR I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra to replace my 2007 Hyundai Elantra. I returned to Hyundai because of the quality and workmanship of their veh I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra to replace my 2007 Hyundai Elantra. I returned to Hyundai because of the quality and workmanship of their vehicles. I had a very good experience with this Crown dealership the last time I purchased a car. I didn't hesitate to return for another vehicle from them. I spent approximately 2-1/2 hours at the dealership, and I think that must be a record! I returned a few hours later to pick up my vehicle and it was sparkling clean with a full tank of gas. Warren Bennett went over all the features with me a second time before I drove home in my new car. More
