Whenever I take it in, Tomm checks for any updates that might be needed or any service due. The Service Professionals always provide great service AND even clean my car. Today was different. I noticed an oil leak and called Tomm and asked if I could bring it in. While the schedule was really full, he told me to come on in. I brought the car in around 11 a.m. and was thinking I might have to leave it over night since I didn't have an appointment. So, I went and ate some lunch nearby at Dennys (great BTW ask for Sarah - she is wonderful). When I came back to check if I should get a shuttle home, Tomm said the service guys jumped on it and it was ready. Misleading, When I bought my car from crowne I was ok with how they treated me at first. I felt really rushed and pushed into making my final decision. When I spoke to an associate on the phone he described the condition of the car and misled me to believe the body of the car was in a condition it truly wasn't not only was the front bumper damaged in a spot not easily detected in a picture or walking around but the back bumper had also been damaged as well these damages amount to about 2,300 dollars in cash the dealership was also very clever in turning off a tire pressure sensor that was really in turn 4 tire pressure sensors that amounted in 1,000 dollars in cash I also called crowne about the issue and they said that this was normal and that the humidity briefly would turn the tire pressure sensors on they knew I had three days to return the vehicle and if I would've known these things I would've brought the car right back lastly but not least in going through my paper work I came to find the price I was quoted was false in dozens of paper work the dealership throws at you they had added 1,500 dollars in cash to the price of my car. I waited 6 months to write to make sure my analysis was thorough and I've come to the final conclusion that this business is dishonest If anyone from crowne would ever like to go toe to toe on numbers or scenarios that were mishandled feel free to call the Nissan 350z nismo owner from July 2015 My advice is please just take your time and do your homework when you buy a vehicle or you will lose thousands More
