I informed her that I was responding to a mailer from the dealership and n reality was only looking and not sure if I was going to be able to afford a new car at this time. After a tour which included a view of the 2017 Elantra she checked my credit rating, trade in value of my 2013 and prepared the necessary paperwork to make me a offer. Christie was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire procedure. I left your dealership with a 2016 Elantra and as in the past I am very pleased with it. It is my fourth Elantra, and probably my last. In the event that I learn of an acquaintance in the market for and automobile I will definitely recommend Christie Coppin. More
