Bill Swan keep all of his promises: he had the vehicle, maintained our scheduled appointment, kept the advertised price, and enabled a complicated sales transaction within a few minutes. That is correct, a few minutes, not hours. The GM (John Hartman) was also a person who displayed honesty and integrity helping us purchase this vehicle. I would recommend this dealership / sales person to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. More

Overal Good Experience but with a Silly Flaw Everyone at Crown Hyundai was great, especially my salesman and business manager. I love my car and just about everything about it. But when it came Everyone at Crown Hyundai was great, especially my salesman and business manager. I love my car and just about everything about it. But when it came to writing the check and getting it approved this experience was less than thrilling. My check was rejected simply because it had a very low check number. I tried to explain that I had more than enough money in the bank and someone else might have a high check number with no money in the account. It just didn't make sense to me. Ultimately, I had to get a cashier's check the next day in order to complete the transaction. See what I mean when I describe this as a "Silly Flaw"? Other than this and way too many signatures that make the purchaser feel like a prison convict, buying the car was a good experience. I really love my car!!! More
