Steve Bednar was the salesman on the last 3 genesis and my latest azera. my dealings with him are above reproach. he is the perfect gentelman to deal with. on my last purchase of the azera, Steve was off that morning and i dealt with a salesman that he works with.That was a typical dealing until he brought in a manager i believe name was John. In all my dealings this is the first time that i have felt that i was listening to a typical used car salesman. He made all the typical used car salesman BS, or at least that what it seemed to me. I will never buy another car from Crown if he is involved in any way with the sale. More

I was so impressed by the treatment she received and since I had been contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle I decided to make Crown my first stop. I asked for Justin and received the same royal treatment. Since I owned a 2005 Elantra for the past 9 years and was completely satisfied with its performance, I inquired about the 2014. Justin was happy to show me one and take me on a test drive. We were able to come up with a car that fit my budget. Justin worked very hard to make that happen for me. He was accommodating, respectful and most helpful. I also had a very positive experience with the finance officer,Jessica Scarboro. I am now enjoying driving around the streets of St,Pete in my beautiful silver 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Justin and the rest of the associates to anyone! Set up an online appointment, which was easy. Came in before appointed time and saw Tomm to describe what I needed looked at, then settled back to have a coffee and read until the car was ready. Tomm came back a couple of times to update me, and as I needed a new tire,which had to be ordered we agreed to have me come back this morning , rather than wait for the tire to come from the supplier. Came back this morning, was seen and out before you knew it. Always great service from Tomm and Crown,which is why, in spite of having a 2012 Genesis from my Canadian dealer, ALL of my service is done at Crown. Thanks More

By working with his sales manager, he was able to provide a more favorable financing rate, locate the vehicle that I wanted at another dealer, have that car brought in that evening for prep, and delivery the following day.
