I really like driving the 2010 Hyundai Accent GLS I purchased here in March. It came with a very good warranty from Hyundai and the additional warranty was a good addition. It's definitely very gas-stingy and handles very well. This is the first foreign car I've ever had, but my son recommended Hyundai because he's on his second Elantra. Jessica Scarboro was a very nice salesperson to deal with and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family looking for a new or used auto. The dealership was very clean and everything seemed to run well. I have yet to use the service department, but the car I purchased was in immaculate condition and extremely clean. The only issues I had were with being provided only one key to the vehicle, which stressed me out because of the possibility of losing the one key or locking it in the car. I had two additional keys made at a store near my home--problem solved with a small out-of-pocket cost to me. The best part of shopping at Crown Hyundai was the ability to search and book test drives online; the best part of shopping was being able to find a certified vehicle in good condition. The 2013 Veloster I now proudly own is the first car I've bought in 20 years...and I'd do it all over again...minus the money part. Rob Hamm first contacted me thru the internet over a month ago. When I informed him that I was in the process of due diligence, he patiently waited, keeping in touch by periodic email, untill I was ready to schedule an appointment. No pressure. A month or so goes by and I'm finally ready to have a phone conversation. I mentioned that I was a TN Volunteer and he in turn said that's where he went to school. It was smooth sailing from then till I parked my Hyundai in my garage. I went to see and drive a Veloster that day, we chatted a bit and we talked numbers....but I left. No pressure. We continued to keep in touch over the next week or so while I continued looking at other options. No pressure. When I told him I wanted a particular car, he had it delivered to the dealership within the week and I was estatic to finally see the car....SCORE!!! The day of paper signing was smooth and organized and handled in an efficient but timely matter... and the dealership was packed!!! After Rob had done his part, he escorted me to Fernando who finalized everything and had me out the door and in my new car pronto!!! To be honest, as a female, I dreaded this experience because of heresay about crooked car salesmen/dealers. My experience has been nothing but positive...except for writing the check. Rob was the difference. He was so patient and unobtrusive but most important he gave me time to make my decision, in part, based on my research and he respected the homework I had done. Once we made the TN connection, it was a comfortable conversation even though it was business. All through the process, I never felt pressured or manuvered into making any decision that wasn't right for me. Just for insurance, I took my boyfriend with me the day we finalized the deal. He heard everything Rob told me the first time when I was by myself and nothing was different. He agreed that Rob was a good salesman and I was well taken care of....and he loves my car, too! I want to thank Rob for the casual but professional manner in which he handled the whole experience...he's good at what he does, he's knowledgeable in the business but he's concerned about his customer first. GO VOLS!!! More

After much research I decided to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and was referred to Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. I was directed to Rob Hamm and spoke with him over the phone initally, he was nice, know Sonata Hybrid and was referred to Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. I gave him him the description of the car I wanted to buy and my budget. He said he would look around and call me back, which he called me back promply about 2.5 hours later. He presented the car with everything I wanted, color, mats, etc. with more features than i asked for and was for less money than my budget, the deal got even sweater with some amazingly low financing. We spoke one more time that day and I put a deposit down that day. He was extremely nice by picking me up at the airport and had me out of the dealership with my brand new car within a few hours. Everyone was very professional, curtious and timely. I'm a tough guy to please and was more than impressed with every aspect of the purchase. More

I just wanted to test drive an Elantra GT, since I was shopping some other brands. Justin Hoffman was the sales representatve assigned to helping me. Although it was a fair deal I was not ready to purchase, since I wanted to drive some other cars to make sure the Elantra was the right car for me. He called me the next morning and after driving some of the competition, I decided that the Elantra was the best car and value for me. It was a painless experience. I love my new Elantra GT! More
