Everyone was very concerned and tried very hard to find a vehicle and price I could be comfortable with. I did manage to find the exact vehicle for me, although sad to say it wasn't from Crown. But, the good news is I have scheduled Crown service dept to take care of my 2006 Hyundai Sonata, so happy to say, our relationship will continue. I thank everyone for looking out for me and I would recommend Crown to anyone. More

Sanja is one of most professional sales persons I have ever dealt with in a car dealership. We went to Crown Hyundai to test drive the 2012/2013 Sonatas, but we were also looking into purchases either a ever dealt with in a car dealership. We went to Crown Hyundai to test drive the 2012/2013 Sonatas, but we were also looking into purchases either a Nissan Altima or VW. We knew which car we wanted. We told her we wanted one with power seats, heated seats and no navigation. We told her that we were just test driving and that we were still deciding which car we wanted. She took us on a test drive explaining all about the car. When we got back to the dealership, I told her just how much I wanted to spend. She said she could get us the price we wanted, and she said, to go test drive the other cars we were thinking about and to keep in mind the warranty and gas millage the Sonata offered. We went to their sister dealership, test drove the Altima, and told them the same thing we told Sanja. Before we left the Sales Manager came over to thank us for doing a test drive, and proceeded to tell us why he thought we shouldn't buy the Sonata, as in his words, they were a piece of junk. I was not impressed by his sales technique. Again we left to test drove the VW. Not only did they not have what we were looking for, but again, the salesman, did nothing but trash the Sonata and the Altima. So after careful thought and consideration, we called Sanja the next day and said, "we'll take the white one". We are so impressed not only with her professionalism in her selling her product and not bashing the other ones, we will be telling everyone we know and will go see her when we are ready to trade in my MB E350. Great sales team. More

Absolutely fantastic experience. Miki helped make sure I got a better deal than the one I walked in the door with. She wasn't pushy or overbearing. On 07/23/2012, I purchased two new Sonata vehicles from Crown Hyundai. I financed both vehicles . I believe that my salesman acted with integrity, but the finance department had repeatedly misled my son a Crown Hyundai. I financed both vehicles . I believe that my salesman acted with integrity, but the finance department had repeatedly misled my son and I and outright lied to the both of us as has the General Manager. Initially, I expressed my wish to purchase both vehicles in my name alone, knowing that my sons credit was unsatisfactory. After a prolonged period of time, it took seven hours to purchase the vehicles, the finance manager stated that it would be advantageous to use my son as a co-buyer. I expressed doubt, but he insisted that it would not affect my loan advantageously. He ran my sons credit score. It was 611. He stated that the score was sufficient and good enough to secure a loan in his name. I expressed doubt as did my son. My credit application to Hyundai Corporation was denied because of my sons credit history, he is a student. I told Danny, the credit manager that I want the Loan in my name alone. Without my knowledge and permission, Danny secured the loan in both our names causing the interest rate to be substantially higher than it would be in my name alone. I asked Danny to resubmit my application to Hyundai Corp in my name alone, but he insisted that that could not be done. At this point, I was not aware that he had secured one of the loans, if not both, in both my sons and my own names. After fully reading the contract, which Danny shrewdly had not allowed, I found multiple discrepancies. My son and I were lied to on many points of the contract. Several days later I spoke, in person, with the General Manager. I insisted the the contracts be redacted in accordance to my initial requests. He insisted that it is a state law in Florida that my sons name be included in the finance contract. That is an unmitigated lie! It is not! Further, the salesman stated that I was to receive a total of $1,500 rebate on each vehicle. This was reduced, by Danny, to a total of $1,500 for both vehicles of which we were not told. Further, I had asked Danny and the General Manager to provide me with the total cost of the cars after several unsolicited options, which Danny added, without indicating that there was a cost for these options. Both have refused to do so. Since my son had not signed the contracts, I consider them null and void. I will return the cars after I consult an attorney. Furthermore, I have every intention of warning the public of this ' scam' practiced by Crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg, Florida and perhaps in all Hyundai dealerships. Further, I am informing the Justice Department since this practice may well be widespread. I will seek every legal remedy available and I will seek damages. Lastly, I have not received cargo nets for either car, which I paid for, nor have we been oriented to the Blue Star, or what have you system which I had paid for. More
