The reason I gave all fives is because the service was outstanding thanks to JB Khalil, the sales associate that helped me in purchasing my first car. I went into the dealership not really knowing what kind of car I wanted, for there were many models such as the Sonata or the Elantra. But thanks to JB I was able to pick out a great car, which ended up being the Sonata. He was very nice in greeting us (my family) before we even walked into the building and was ready to help us. Seeing the Sonata, I instantly liked it and told JB. We then test drove the vehicle (which was a GLS, and we later drove the SE) and JB was very knowledgeable about the car, telling us about all of the features in the car. By then end of the ride I felt like I was an expert on the Sonata. Still not sure about which care to purchase, he showed us comparisons of the Sonata to other cars such as the Accord. Because of that, he made it easy for me to see that the Sonata was the superior vehicle. He made the paperwork very easy and made it so we could meet our price in the end. JB also made a connection with us, instead of just trying to sell a car. We got to know a bit about him and made a relationship. I went back just the other day to get my license plate, and JB installed it on the back of my car. The service he provided was excellent, and I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a car at Crown Hyundai. More

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Crown Hyundai and could not have been happier with the service that Imad provided. This was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had and Imad was extrem could not have been happier with the service that Imad provided. This was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had and Imad was extremely knowledgeable of the product and helped me make the right decision. A few days later, Imad's helped me even more. After 3 days of ownership I unfortunately hit a curb in my parking garage at work. The impact split the sidewall on my front tire I called roadside assistance and had a tow truck dispatched. Unfortunately, the winding ramp of the garage prevented the truck from coming up to get the car. Not sure what to do since there was no spare, I called Imad. He immediately started working on getting me a "loaner" tire, wheel and jack and helped my wife pack it up and get it to me. Without Imad's willingness to go WAY out of his way to help, I would have had a much worse evening - and most likely a more costly repair. Making this even more amazing is the fact that I have only known Imad for less than a week. A huge thanks to Imad and Crown! More

I was at this dealership several times and dealt with various salespeople and was most impressed and most comfortable with Justin (who eventually sold me the car I bought). Also felt that there was no pressure to make a snap decision, and that he really wanted to customer to get the car they would be happy with, not just make a sale. He also was helpful with showing how things worked on the car and took time with it, not in a rush, and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about both vehicles I was looking at. I'll begin by saying I really hadn't planned to lease a new car, but my present car had 12 years on it and I realized it was time. So, Cathy and Steve went with me to Crown Hyundai the following Saturday and I met Gary Scott, who was their salesman. I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and professional Gary is. He explained the details about my trade-in, how the lease works, etc. I couldn't wait to test drive a dark gray Sonata with so many bells on it I was dizzy! Gary guided me through the features and patiently answered my many questions. Needless to say, I sealed the deal and I love my new Sonata! Kudos to Gary for making the whole experience a very happy one. I gave Crown Hyundai the highest rating because it is well deserved.
