Pleasure to deal with Like most, I dread dealing with car salesmen and their "tactics". He provided the requested info in a timely fashion and provided a clear and detailed explanation of the pricing. No tricks or run around. The pricing was also accurate. He didn't use the bait and switch tactics used by other dealerships. The price he gave me was the actual price for the car I wanted. No surprises. Jason is very pleasant to deal with. Car buying experience I spoke with Jason Jiovani on multiple occasions after contacting True Car. He replied promptly after my initial email and followed up with me (witho I spoke with Jason Jiovani on multiple occasions after contacting True Car. He replied promptly after my initial email and followed up with me (without pressure, I might add) during the course of the next few weeks. Ultimately, his dealership did not have the vehicle that I was looking for, but he did his best to locate one. At the end of the day, I ended up buying my truck from another dealer. Jason was very professional, and he just sounded like a guy I could trust. I was willing to drive 1.5 hours to do business with him. There were no games; just straight forward answers.
