i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being taken advantage of. this buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. everything was exp i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being taken advantage of. this buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. everything was explained, i was treated with respect, and i felt the whole thing was handled as fairly as it could be. i know the salespersons are under pressure to meet quotas but chris forshaw didn't show that pressure to make a sale. if i had felt pressured with the typical memorized "sales speak" i would have gone elsewhere. all the other salesmen and the owner were also very kind every time i was there. in these trying times, kindness, respect, and good customer service are so important. i found all that at crown nissan. also VERY important to me was the fact that i wasn't pressured to buy a bunch of extras while i was in the finance office. i will tell everyone that this is a good place to buy a car. I had my vehicle towed to Crown Nissan and was told that I needed an engine due to the fact that the quick oil change place I took my vehicle to left my drain plug loose. The reason we chose to take the care to the quicky oil change place is because we thought it was cheaper. After breaking down on the Howard Franklin bridge in rush hour traffic and running our engine out of oil due to drain plug being left loose we found out the the oil changes at crown are like $6 cheaper than the quicky places lol. I guess we know now where we will be going to get everything done More

In the 12 years I have been leasing vehicles, I have always leased from Mazda. I have had a 2000 protégé, a 2005 Mazda3 5 door and lastly, a 2009 Mazda6. Before going to NIssan on September 3, 2010, I went to 4 Mazda dealerships, 3 Hyundai dealerships, Kia, Toyota and Honda. Honestly, I did not even consider Nissan because I believed a new Altima would not be in my desired price range for all the features I wanted. Luckily, Rich Matthews works for Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. After a month of searching for my new car, Rich not only put me into a new Altima with all the features I wanted and more, but he also put my husband into a new Altima, as well! Rich went above and beyond and really worked hard to earn our trust and our business. He filled our tanks on our new Altimas, had our windows tinted and he followed up with us days later to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicles.
