Dear Barbara Thomas, Thank you for your review. Although I’m very disappointed to read this, it’s essential that we know how you feel, and I appreciate you taking the time to say so. Of course, we never want anyone to feel the way you do. Our reply to a review regarding a visit to our dealership typically revolves around a response to our being friendly, caring people, not as a reaction to a complaint. We endeavor to make everyone feel included, and in the finance department, we present products we know are an excellent value to our customers. Our goal is to talk about those options to our customers objectively and never make someone feel obligated if they decide not to buy. In discussing this with TJ, he is unaware of any comment he made that may have caused you to feel as you do. You may know I’ve left you a couple of messages, and you certainly don’t owe me a call. You’ve already told me what happened in this review. I was hoping to know more since we do sincerely care. In any case, thank you, and we’re sorry to make you feel as you did; we will do better, and we’re thankful you decided to buy from us.
