A 45 minute job took 3 hours and my paint got chipped. I arrived at 2:02 pm at my scheduled appointment for an oil change and did not get out until i asked the service team asking where my car is around 4 I arrived at 2:02 pm at my scheduled appointment for an oil change and did not get out until i asked the service team asking where my car is around 4:50 pm . After removing a black rubber mark with a rag that was not there before, there was a small chip in the paint. When i brought this to the attention of some of the staff they claimed it was there before, which it was not. More
