They called to schedule a complimentary oil change, so I booked an appointment. After the service they said the complimentary oil change was dependent on me agreeing to all the services they wanted to add o booked an appointment. So I was charged, and this is after various bad experiences at this dealer, so I will now be looking for a new Chevy dealer to handle all future services on my truck. More

I took car for service 07/19 didn’t get it back till 8/02 14 days later. Wasn’t really making big deal since I had a rental. Which turned out that when I got called car was ready. Went to pick up and was cha 14 days later. Wasn’t really making big deal since I had a rental. Which turned out that when I got called car was ready. Went to pick up and was charge for rental. Like really. A month later I had car towed back to dealer. They service again and once’s more I got a rental. They gave me 3 day complementary and I had to pay for rest of days. This time I was charge different higher rental rate. I asked why, I Was told that within a month the rate increased. I spend over 7000 and the dealer couldn’t provide complementary car. Horrible More

Went in to get diagnostic on car's computer software done because the tires were showing different psi levels which I checked and were different than noted.
