Customer service is really bad and rude. When I came to pick up my car they wanted to charge me even though I don’t pay for oil changes. I’m not even sure they check anything else on my car. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle that includes oil changes . Unfortunately I was unaware that it only applies at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I left my car with Robert Billig assur oil changes . Unfortunately I was unaware that it only applies at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I left my car with Robert Billig assuring me my warranty was accepted at this dealership. I left and came back once my car was ready to only find out the coverage did not apply at this location and was forced to pay to get my vehicle back . I should have been called and informed by Robert to inform me so that I can authorize service on my vehicle if it was not covered. Robert Billig is a rude and unprofessional individual for the handing of this situation! More
