The Culver City Dealership was just ok, the Service Center was just ok. The lead person Rueben (?) was sub par. His demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. His mannerism was so unprofessional I Center was just ok. The lead person Rueben (?) was sub par. His demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. His mannerism was so unprofessional I did not return alone, I had my Husband accompany me to pick up my car. The was a mute point, because my husband was able to hear on speaker phone the lack of professionalism for himself. There were basic mistakes on mileage (since my car is new), assumptions, poor customer service and very poor communication. I will not recommend this dealership and will not return in spite of this being the closest Chevy dealership to my home. More
