Bait and switch tactic, would not help out with previous lease buy out at all despite that i was told I qualified for the “pull ahead” program. Was told I could get the black bow tie logo added on my car but ultimately was not given the emblem. Sticker had included features advertised and then was told that it was not. $795 disposition fee was rolled into my lease payments, previous disposition was $395, very shady. This is the last time I will be buying or leasing a GM product because of my treatment. More

I had to schedule several weeks in advance in order to be able to leave car. However, once I arrived they took me right away, gave an estimate about when car would be ready and gave approximate charges; whic able to leave car. I left a message with service tech after picking up the car right before closing and he assured me that the needed r followed up on all my questions. While I did feel I was being oversold on an expensive 40K service (the car had been thoroughly inspected upon buying out the lease in 2019, and had minimal 2020 mileage due to the pandemic), I opted for a reduced service that I was comfortable with.
