Overall very good. What they (the whole team) did was very good. Not good was that in addition to what they did (put in a new window), I wanted to install some parts of What they (the whole team) did was very good. Not good was that in addition to what they did (put in a new window), I wanted to install some parts of my own that I had brought with me, very easy to do, maybe 10 minutes, once they had taken the door apart to install the new window (which is why I was there). However, it was not permitted for me to put in the few extra parts I had with me. I tried several options/alternatives and none were permitted.
