The person in charge of my account was very rude and disrespectful. He gave me an estimated cost over the phone and then when the job was complete he gave me a total that was 400 more and claimed he n disrespectful. He gave me an estimated cost over the phone and then when the job was complete he gave me a total that was 400 more and claimed he never gave me an amount. If calls are recorded he clearly gave me a different amount. I was also told I didn't have to pay the diagnostic fee if I got the work done but my receipt and total amount due clearly shows that i was charged for the diagnostic. When I brought this to his attention he basically said that whatever was on the paper was what I owed to get my car back. More
