Easy once I figured out how to reserve service on line I did have a problem with the on line reserve for service, I think they changed the set up. A normally stressful car buying experience was NOT stressful I toggled between a Mazda and a Hyundai, went to both dealerships, and although I liked both cars, it was the sales and service experience I received I toggled between a Mazda and a Hyundai, went to both dealerships, and although I liked both cars, it was the sales and service experience I received at Mazda that sealed the deal. Marcus, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy on my first visit, which is why I came back. I feel that he listened to what was important for me as a driver, and tried to incentivize me with the extras that would make a difference, without pressure. Also, the Costco partnership was a plus for me, as there was no back and forth on that specific discount. All in all, I'm happy with my lease purchase..... Tery More
