I purchased and serviced my Routan at Montessi for two years without ever having a single good experience. My company relocated to Shelton so I switched to Curran. The people are nice and honest, the service times are realistic AND upheld, and the condition of my van is always better when I pick up than when I dropped off. My 2002 Passat was being serviced to replace the right cv joint and an oil change. Frank in service was very professional, experienced, prompt and processed my car during arrival quickly, all the while expl joint and an oil change. He checked for recalls on my car first and confirmed no recalls, then went further to process paperwork for the service. I asked if my car could be ready for 3pm, he said yes, and it was ready at 2:20! I picked up my car and was very happy with the way it drove. The clattering noise from the right cv joint was gone and the whole front end felt really solid and good! Oil change as well. All is good and I'm very happy! Everyone in service at Curran VW is very professional and friendly!! Never had a problem with servicing my Passat there! Very happy! More
