I ask a lot of questions. :) He was willing to do all that he could to find a vehicle that matched our criteria without having features we did not want or need. They did not have the color vehicle we wanted on the lot but Shadi was able to find one for us quickly and had it delivered within a few days. Communication with Shadi was easy and responsive.
