Jim's knowledge and experience made the car buying process smooth and pleasant for us! He walked us through all of the details and made sure that any questions we had were answered. He helped us download Ford Pass onto our phones and took it one step further by syncing our phones to the vehicle. Jim did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend going through him to purchase your next vehicle! We went to Ken to sign all of the paperwork that comes with buying a new vehicle and he made a tedious task a breeze. He had everything (including pens) ready to go when we stepped into his office. He made sure we knew what we were signing, offered and explained the add ons, and answered any questions we had. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and got us in and out without a problem. Definitely recommend seeing Ken for your finance needs! We had a great experience! The look of the dealership was modern, well organized, and clean. The atmosphere of the dealership was upbeat and the staff was friendly! When you go into any business you want to walk into an environment that is welcoming and friendly and that is what we experienced on our visit! We love our 2017 Ford Escape! An all around professional dealership I went in with my wife to trade in my 2014 Ford Escape SE and lease a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. To say that the process was simple, is an understatem I went in with my wife to trade in my 2014 Ford Escape SE and lease a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. To say that the process was simple, is an understatement. Jim (sales) made an otherwise time-consuming ordeal, into a professionally time-managed experience. We were explained in detail what was new for the model year we were buying and what the payments were going to look like, moving forward. Jim also took the time to make sure we downloaded Ford Pass to our phones and explained how to use the app's features. Furthermore, he helped us SYNC our phones to the car, to make sure we are able too take full advantage of the car's technological advancements. Jim's humor and overall genial personality fostered a positive learning environment where I didn't feel stupid for asking questions. This no pressure buying experience is one that I hope to have again when my wife buys/leases her own car in 2018. Jim patiently ushered and introduced us to Ken, who would be responsible for all of the business side of the car buying experience. Having bought a car before at Currie, I know there is a fair amount of paperwork that needs to be read and signed. Like Jim, Ken was consummate professional who offered a strong handshake and was exceptionally efficient when explaining and add-ons that we might be interested in. Moreover, he had two working pens at the ready when we sat down and guided us through all of the signatures involved. Ken made the tedious task of going through a fair amount of paperwork a simple one by offering a quick smile and being generous with his time. Overall, Currie Motors offered a clean modern showroom that I and my wife felt very comfortable in. We were greeted promptly as we exited our car in the lot upon arriving at the dealership and we wished luck as we left with our new Escape. Thank God for Pete!!! It started me to thinking about purchasing a new car, so I searched out the inventory online, called Pete, made an appointment just “ to talk” 😊 With no pressure and simply talking things out, he allowed me to experience my dream of getting into a brand new 2018 Ford Escape!! The financing was better than what I had, the car payments were soooo affordable and without the Ultimate Protector and Extended Warranty, my new car payments were $7.00 less than the current payments. As a single female and very skeptical of handling business whereby I make a decision at that moment, I was very secure and at peace with the decision I made. This is the second car that I’ve purchased with Pete and each time he has been a blessing. I referred my nephew to him earlier this year and he purchased his first car with him too! I will continue to refer family and friends to the Currie Motors Family. Dominick in financing was phenomenal and Al with the Ultimate Protector Service was superb. At the dealership, Shadi Salaman led us through the process of defining our needs and wants. During the test ride, explained the many interior/driving features. All helped us decide to take the Escape SE. The sales manager Al, assisted us greatly with the lease option, that we did choose. We felt the final amount paid for the vehicle was a good deal on the purchase price for all the options given. The finance manager Ken, led us through the final paperwork signing, which was kept very painless. Offered us options we could choose to add, which we did. Shadi did a walk around prior to taking the car home, we appreciated, again reviewing the interior options, which like anyone getting into a different car knows, can be confusing to navigate. We left feeling we had a good experience overall making our car purchase. Gives us a good feeling about coming for our standard service on our vehicle during the ownership. Thanks to all involved!
