I had first gone to Joe Rizza looking for information on their Ford Fusion's and had not been taken seriously. When I had been told about Currie Motors by my mom, my salesman Sam Sedik was nothing but outst their Ford Fusion's and had not been taken seriously. When I had been told about Currie Motors by my mom, my salesman Sam Sedik was nothing but outstanding on helping me with everything I needed to know about the Hybrid Fusion. Although that had not been the car that I ended up getting I was still very satisfied with the other option I had chosen (2013 Ford Focus Titanium)! Absolutely love the car but most importantly loved the help I had received. Sam had found exactly everything I wanted in my car AND even did a dealer trade on his day off, now that's pure dedication in his job. Everyone was super friendly and a HUGE help! Can't wait to go there for my first service visit! More

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Currie. Ali and Peter were very friendly and accomodating. I was looking for my "Toy". A Ford Thunderbird. There were only two available within the Chicagoland area that met my inital wishlist. Scott and the crew were very helpful from the i Thunderbird. In addition, Mark the Sales Manager had within his library a copy of the limited addition Ford issued book on the history of the Thunderbird. Before leaving with the vechicle, I was presented with the book. That was an unexpected touch of service. That made us appreciate the extent that the dealership made on this one used car purchase. I was extremely impressed with Adam Sheban's customer service skills and friendly attitude/helpfulness. We ordered a 2013 Ford Escape using the A Plan, and Adam treated us with respect as if we were pay service skills and friendly attitude/helpfulness. He checked on the status of the production, because he knew I was hoping it would arrive for my birthday. I thought this was a nice personal touch. He ordered exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. On the other hand, I was not impressed with the Finance department experience. Ken Gohmann tried to sell us a warranty several times, I had to say no so many times I finally had to be firm and explain that he needed to stop pushing the warranty as we were not interested. These aggressive sales tactics are sometimes perceived as bullying, and I did not appreciate it. He actually said that if Fords were meant to have no problems, they would have a longer manufacturer warranty. Which I do not agree with. Overall, I had a great experience with Currie Ford, and would definitely refer my friends to Adam. My husband will be purchasing a car next year, and we will definitely buy from Adam. More
