Russell was very knowledgeable about the trucks that they sell. He listen well and walked us through the back lot to find the truck that had the options and color that we wanted. I didn't like the back and f sell. He listen well and walked us through the back lot to find the truck that had the options and color that we wanted. I didn't like the back and fourth haggling over the price and trade in. The out the door price was finally acceptable but I didn't like how they blended the vehicle cost and trade in together to get to that number. I am very happy with the truck, I think I would have got a better price working with a Costco dealer (the closest one is 1 hour away and didn't have a good selection of trucks). I wasn't sure that my Ram(trade in) would make the trip to the other dealer without breaking down. Be aware of the $60 first aid kit add on on every vehicle.. The porters did a poor job cleaning a new vehicle with 8 miles on the odometer. The interior and windows were dirty. There was also a very small dink in the rear right cab pillar that I noticed the next day when I was waxing the truck. More
