This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. My sales person was Ethan Duran, he tried to bait and switch me on my Ford Bronco sport. How do I know this? The bronco I was looking at supposedly " My sales person was Ethan Duran, he tried to bait and switch me on my Ford Bronco sport. How do I know this? The bronco I was looking at supposedly " wasn't available" I ALMOST signed off on the bronco he pulled up before I realized the numbers were off - I did some research on the model I wanted before I came in- and when I questioned why the numbers were so high it was because the trim was a higher level- higher trim= more money. He did not disclose of this. He was not going to disclose of this. This dude real life tried to persuade me because of the features and offering me more money on my trade in, I wasn't going for it. Right before I walk a way All Of A SuDdEn the Ford bronco I wanted became available 🤥 I came back a couple of days later, the manager offers me a not real apology saying they offered " solutions" meaning I called them out on their bs and they tried to amend it to make a sale. Befofe you bother offering an empty "reach out" below my comment. Believe me I will reach out.This was my first ever experience purchasing a new car. I would NEVER reccomend this location More
