This always was an efficient service center. However, after Covid & being short staffed, there was confusion. Initially I was given an appt for noon & when I didn't receive confirmation, I calle However, after Covid & being short staffed, there was confusion. Initially I was given an appt for noon & when I didn't receive confirmation, I called to confirm. This time I spoke to an efficient woman who told me that noon apps are never given! So the young man didn't know how to do his job! In additIon, my service was for 30,000 mi, costing $436.00. To my surprise, I also had this service done earlier in November ! I guess I have to track what services were done previously! Since everything's computerized, I think someone should have mentioned that was already done. More
