First visit went very well My 92 year old mom has a 2004 Accord with 52K miles on it. She moved to the area last year. Her last oil change was only 2,000 miles ago, but in 2017. I drove into the service reception area and I’d apparently been assigned a service advisor Joe Tomaino. Joe listened to my own summary, reviewed the previous service records I brought, and checked out the car. Then he suggested an approach to service that I appreciated. I waited for the car. Joe consulted with me during the service. The whole experience was as professional and friendly as I have encountered in my 50 years of going for auto service. Can’t get better than that! More

He's just an all around professional, friendly attitude but dead serious about getting your vehicle up to speed. For instance, he noticed one of my windshield wiper blades was coming undone at the end 3 inches or so. I NEVER noticed that, but he did , and made sure it was fixed. I can't say enough about how great he is at his job. More
