He was very understanding and listened to everything I had to say and even took suggestions I made after researching the internet about the issues my car was having, all with no judgement (I'm sure the techs are thrilled when a customer comes in with a bunch of internet fixes to suggest =)). Lousy at best I dropped off my car Monday evening for a Tuesday a.m. appointment for regular maintenance. I was told I had a blown tire. (Not Honda’s fault). I rece I dropped off my car Monday evening for a Tuesday a.m. appointment for regular maintenance. I was told I had a blown tire. (Not Honda’s fault). I received an email from the technician stating there was a nail in the tire and he attached an image. The image never came through and I requested a second image which was ignored. Halfway through my work day I called to check on the status of my vehicle and I was told a technician was mounting the tire and the service representative would contact me when the vehicle was ready. That call never came. I called the service department on 9/17 at 5:18 and was on hold for 12 minutes only to be disconnected. I called back and received an automated message the service department was closed. I left a voicemail message that was never returned. I also sent a txt message to the dealership and that was also ignored. I never did receive a call when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I had to send an email to the technician directly in order to find out the status of my vehicle. This is my third vehicle I’ve purchased through your dealership and I will be seeking other options upon meeting my lease agreement. I was without a vehicle for two days! No response, no communication and no empathy for my situation. More

I was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment for an oil change, 60,000 mile service, and vehicle appraisal all online just the day before. I had fast service with no wait when I arrived, and was given a cost estimate that was decent. The waiting area is comfortable, I really liked the quiet room. My vehicle was finished well before the estimated time, and was brought to me as I paid. Great service all around, I have no complaints. More
