He reviewed my concerns with me and then showed me to the waiting room where I could have a fresh coffee while waiting for my ride home. The gentlemen who drove me home and then back to the dealership when my car was ready (early by the way) was just that a gentlemen and great driver. Our family car broke down on I-91 and was towed to Curry’s by AAA. My 2016 Honda Odyssey engine light came on and the car began to shake I had to pull over and stop. I was worried something major was wrong with the engine and the wife and I needed to get to a hospice house at Hitchcock Medical Center Asap. Thanks to Mr. Tomaino’s efforts our car was moved through the service department in record time and we where able to see our son-in-law before his condition completely demised. First service on the house oil change, tire rotation, and recalls checked. I was promised about an hour service.I waited in the waiting area very comfortable free WiFi. Nice waiting area. While waiting an associate offered snacks. Also if the area is loud they offer a quiet room. Our car was finished in 45 minutes with no issues. The checkout process was quick and all work was explained in detail. Great experience. More
