He was able to find an issue with my tire that I was not aware of and took the time to check if I had purchased the tire insurance which covered the new tire. The shuttle driver was equally helpful, I don't recall his name but he was friendly and thoughtful. It is important that your employees feel valued because that ensures great customer service. I would also request that you bring back the chairs for the service employees, they deserve to sit down!! Also, many thanks to Will Ahmed he sold me my car last year and still remembers me and always welcomes me with a great smile and genuine concern!! Great job to all!! More

Collision center experience I had all 4 tires and rims stolen off my Honda Accord Sport and the collision center including Ray and Renee were excellent in helping me recover my c I had all 4 tires and rims stolen off my Honda Accord Sport and the collision center including Ray and Renee were excellent in helping me recover my car to its original state. All inquiries and service was performed with the customer in mind and Both Ray and Renee were prompt in providing any updates on the status of the vehicle. For being a stressful experience the staff made it much easier to focus on other priorities and worked with my insurance to get everything squared away. I would recommend this service again.
