Not pushy Heard a weird sound upon start up, and smelled a slight smell. Brought it down, got a rental, and was regularly updated through the process. Initially was told sound couldn't be reproduced so work wasn't really necessary at this time. Mentioned electrical smell in combination with sound and concluded it was VERY early phase of the alternator failing. They waited until we called back with the go ahead, as it's not a cheap fix. Love that they didn't push for additional repairs. More
