I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and the end of the service they recommended me a coolant flush and radiator system maintenance. The service clerk gave me what my price would be for it. So w end of the service they recommended me a coolant flush and radiator system maintenance. The service clerk gave me what my price would be for it. So when I came back within the 30 days to complete the recommended service, Chris said that clerk was not there anymore who gave me that quote and he would honor the price that I was quoted because there were new prices for the coolant flush. At the end of the service, Chris ended up charging the new price instead of what I was quoted - he tacked onto my bill as a miscellaneous fee and told me it was for the chemical waste disposal. Gave me a speech about being a friend and not to service my car at a Jiffy’s line but couldn’t honored me for the amount I was originally quoted. When I tried calling the service manager to ask about the price difference he never called back after two attempts. Horrible customer service! More
