I am sorry the crew was not able to get you out faster. I tried to look you up in our system but cannot find any of your information, can you call me so I can confirm what happened and make sure your records are correct? I wanted to review my cameras to watch what happened with the timing of everything, but can't find you in our system, it might not be under your name? DTCOTE, Hello, I wanted to reach out and let you know I reviewed all the details of your recent visit and a few more before that. On this recent service visit, the technician noted that there was oil leaking from the spool valve onto the alternator - this is a commonly found issue on some vehicles, especially with having over 160,000 miles.
