ASLATE, Hello, I am sorry to read you were unhappy with the service. I tried desperately to look you up and see if I could contact you but could not. We have only 5 Slates in our database and called one we thought could be you, and it was not. I am not sure exactly what you were charged for, as an oil change is only $79.95. We are wondering if you had a maintenance plan and the advisor charged you instead of asking you if you had a coupon or maintenance plan? Can you please reach out to me with the information below.
