Kelsie, Hello, my name is Jason, I am the service director for Curry Honda. I am completely aware of the entire situation, and was standing with Ryan during your phone conversation with him. I have to disagree with this statement, neither employee raised their voice or yelled at anytime during the phone call. I know there was a discrepancy with the form of payment used with the Sunbit Payment Company, I listened to Ryan explain it all to you on that phone call. I reviewed everything that was sent to you, it was all correct on our end. I am very sorry that you feel the way you do, I would be more than happy to talk.
