Hello, this is Jason, the service director for Curry Honda. I wanted to reach out and let you know I read this review and looked into the details. I wanted to let you know that you can repair and maintain your Ford here for almost any repair. There will be unfortunate times when it might need to go to the dealer for certain recalls, software updates/programming computers, and repairs. In your case, the vehicle needed a certain programming done that we do not have the software to perform the recalibration that was needed. There are many cases where other dealerships and repair facilities bring Honda model vehicles here for the same scenario. In the future, if anything like this comes up, we will offer to be the middleman, call the dealer for you if needed, and try to delegate the process to make it easier on you. We believe that is a very important bit of information that should have been part of a full transparent explanation prior to the purchase of the warranty, not after we have been dealing with the juggling of where/which Ford dealership to have the car repaired. (Ford only repairs and NOT at Curry) I was charged for 2 separate diagnostic tests from Curry (only after I asked why, after told that Curry can’t perform the work that was on the diagnostics report) I then had to pay another diagnostic fee at Ford that was not covered through this “Platinum” plan..
