I came to the appointment in this email which clearly states 2:30, 10 minutes early. When I got there I was told my appointment was not until 3:30 which is incorrect. I have both emails and text messages states 2:30, 10 minutes early. When I got there I was told my appointment was not until 3:30 which is incorrect. I have both emails and text messages stating the time was at 2:30 and I stated this when I got there. I was not offered another time, I was made to wait the hour before my vehicle was serviced. I have been a customer of yours for several years and I have purchased many vehicles at your dealership. I did not get out of the dealership until 4:30, many other customers came and went while I waited. When I bought the vehicle I purchased the extended maintenance plan. The oil change and routine maintenance should have all been covered. I was told that I should change the fluid in the rear end which I thought should have been included in the package. It was not. I am very disappointed that you made me wait the hour after being told the appointment time was 2:30 and not 3:30 without giving me the option to reschedule. Then finding out that the regular fluid maintenance is not covered under the extended plan. I will not be referring anyone to your dealership going forward. Roger Galipeau More

Andrew who assisted me with the issue with my car was very professional in how he handled matters. He kindly told me I would need to rerun back because it was towards the end of the day but could get my very professional in how he handled matters. He took a look to know what was wrong ended up removing what was making the noise with it then order the part that had to be replaced and next day when I brought it back in the part was in and they took my vehicle to have the part back on while I waited.. My vehicle running much better since they fixed it up. More
