Patriot, Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are at the mercy of the state registry of motor vehicles when it comes to downtimes and repairs of their equipment. We are currently down due to the failure of the printer that prints the mass state inspection stickers. We apologize for the inconvenience, we wish we were able to make immediate repairs to the system when needed but are unable to do so. We are being sent a new printer hopefully by the end of the day if you still need assistance please call me directly and I will try to help get you back in asap. Unfortunately, we are also one of the only Mass state inspection stations on this busy street, so we tend to fill up and have severe wait times during certain times of the month, which makes it hard for us to satisfy our Honda customer’s as well as anyone else that comes in, we have to do Mass state inspections as a first come first serve service and can’t make appointments by law. We are very sorry we were unable to perform an inspection on your vehicle today. I am not sure what the circumstances were on your last years trip in but apologize for our inspection station being so busy. Please reach out to me if needed.
