Experience! I had an appointment for 9:30, to do a oil change and tire rotation. The service person said the wait should take a hour and a half. It took 3 hours. I had an appointment for 9:30, to do a oil change and tire rotation. The service person said the wait should take a hour and a half. It took 3 hours. She apologized for the long wait. She gave me an additional car wash coupon. It was a day before the 4th of July. She explained what else can be done and pointed out which services require attention. I plan on making another appointment for tires. More

My husband and I have always had this type of feedback at Curry for years. seriously, we care but actually care more about QUALITY and doing what is necessary to maintain our cars. This Pilot is the most expensive car Iv'e ever purchased and I want it to last. Not a huge deal, she was easy to chat with and very accommodating for my shuttle ride and keeping me posted on what they found with my alignment. More
