Accurate and prompt I called ahead to see how much my service was going to cost. As my husband is a retired military veteran, Jon was kind enough to give us a military di I called ahead to see how much my service was going to cost. As my husband is a retired military veteran, Jon was kind enough to give us a military discount. The estimate he provided over the phone, even with a repair we weren't sure was necessary, was very accurate. Jon also covered the rental we needed as the service was extensive and they had no loaners available at the time. Jon was friendly and knowledgeable, as always. We needed the 105k tune up, and a LOF. The service was completed and ready well before we were ready to pick it up, and we received no issues for getting the rental back in the afternoon. I'm not able to recall who helped me on the Nissan side, but I was treated with respect and offered help in transferring my car seat over the Honda side while I had my toddler with me. More

Airbag recall I came in for an airbag recall on the previously replaced recall. A Curry Honda Technician previously damaged the dash board removing the original on I came in for an airbag recall on the previously replaced recall. When I brought this to the attention of the service adviser and requested better care, he got very defensive and argued with me. He said it was easy to replace and damage could not happen. All I wanted was better care and no argument. The employee who brought my care into the bay for me to pick up was very unfriendly when I tried to engage in a conversation. He just walked away without saying a word. More
