My car was available at the time he stated it would be. He offered to help accommodate me when I didn't know if I could get back to the shop before he left at 7 PM. He guaranteed that if I could not arrive to get my car until 7:30 pm he would leave all the paperwork with a salesperson who would be there until 8:00 and who would be able to explain my bill and accept payment.
