Quicker than promised I had an appointment for a 60,000 service. I told them that I would wait and needed to be out within 2 hours. Job was finished within 1 hour. He went over the 80,000 mile check and reviewed the expected charge and the time it would take. The cashier went out of her way to try to get the Honda gift card to activate. I received the card for replacing the airbags. I have tried multiple times to activate the card but because the birthdate on Honda's record is inaccurate I am unable to use the card. The cashier tried to assist but unfortunately found the same frustrations I have encountered. The card expires on 1/18. I have given up as I am discouraged and beyond frustrated-- but I am very grateful for the time and effort of her attempts. Aside from the great service, at each service, there is a Honda tire problem. I have not owned a car that needed so many tire replacements. More
Service department I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I was made aware that I needed a fifteen thousand mile check up. At the time, my child let I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I was made aware that I needed a fifteen thousand mile check up. At the time, my child let me know she didn't feel good. Chris was so helpful and was able to get the full service done swiftly, even helping on servicing my car. Wonderful experience! I truly appreciated his courtesy and helpfulness for myself and my child. More
