The Service POC That My recent service experience was fantastic! All the staff that I encountered at Curry Honda were very courteous and welcoming. The Service POC That took care of me was Joe Tomaino. Joe was very forthcoming in what I needed for service and was very helpful. He made the process very efficient and I was back in my vehicle within the stated time of service completion. I also spoke to Sales Manager Will FathiAhmed and he was very helpful and courteous. Oil changes are fine. Bumper to bumper warranties are not! I don't mind the "free" oil changes but if you don't buy EVERY SUGGESTED service it voids your warranty. That would cost you thousands over the life I don't mind the "free" oil changes but if you don't buy EVERY SUGGESTED service it voids your warranty. That would cost you thousands over the life of your vehicle. My father was denied in his claim of a blown head gasket because he didn't rotate his tires enough and didn't change his cabin filter. Neither one of which had anything to do with his engine problem. His vehicle is only 7 years old. My family will NEVER buy from Curry again........... More

Great Service with bad communication. Brought in my vehicle for service. I had an appointment for 7:20 am. I told them I needed a ride. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the ride to where I was going. The driver was great! I received a call at noon time that they were gonna pick me up to return to Curry. We arrived at Curry and my vehicle wasn’t even done. I had to wait over an hour to have my vehicle returned to me. I kinda got the run around with a few different Curry associates with different stories about what was going on. But my vehicle was repaired perfectly and returned clean. More

My mistake Booked an oil change for this past sat and left car night before and used key drop box. At 1pm called to check on car and left a message with receptionist to have service call when car was ready. It was supposed to be done for 2pm. Never received a call but headed over anyways. Got there and found out car hadn't been taken in yet. Well completely my Fault as it turns out as I didnt put key in proper slot. However Jon Ferreira jumped right on it and got the car done in record time. Thanks to everyone for your service and dealing with my mistake. M.Desai More
