Mr. Roy promised things that never happened. My tpms worries me, he said add air, hopefully it’s just a Honda thing and it’s normal to see that indicator. My car was new to the lot. I had a former car salesmen helping locate good car, he found the one I purchased, called curry Honda and asked that the car be ready to test drive that day. When we arrived the car was in the middle of a zigsaw puzzle down the street at their service center. I was told the next day that it would be serviced and ready to pick up. So I took a Lyft and waited, literally all day, they forgot I was there waiting. My car audio is off, it has a delay when synced with mobile device. I didn’t like the customer service I received but I have a safe vehicle, thus far. I was blessed to have been able to get approved with navy federal’s good rating, and affordable payments. I’m not sure if I would recommend Curry Honda but clearly they don’t need my recommendations. I feel as though I was just a sale not a client. More
