He made my car buying experience so easy and stress-free. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but he was so patient with me, listened to what I wanted, and let me test drive quite a few cars. Roy helped me make an informed and confident decision in the car I picked and helped me get a fair price for my trade in, as well as the car I purchased. After purchasing my car, he took the time to go over everything inside the car with me and helped me get it all set up. Roy has also checked in with me a few times since then to make sure all is going well and to see if I had any more questions he could answer for me.
