Grace was great and wore mask the whole time. Other staff members were not wearing masks, and were walking around touching noses and mouths, so Curry could do better during pandemic. If you have to, tell them you want to use all the coupons that are available on their website. Ask for the estimated completion date in writing. Ask ahead of time about rental car options. Keep in mind that they use Enterprise, which closes at noon on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. Ask if customers can provide their own parts. If not, ask whether the part is in stock or needs to be ordered. If it needs to be ordered, ask if the delivery will take two days or a week. Ask for an experienced service advisor. Ask for a back-up service advisor who will also know about your repair. Ask for the cost of the part and the estimate for labor. Ask what the charge for “shop supplies” is. Ask them what a reasonable time frame is for responses to text messages and voicemail messages. Ask if a supervisor monitors the use of masks by employees. Ask if someone looks over the car at the end, if workers leave the car in good condition, and if workers dispose of Curry’s internal papers like car repair numbers.
